Studio Policies
-
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations or failure to attend will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This policy ensures fairness and allows availability for other clients.
-
Payment Policy
Payment for sessions can be made either on the day at the studio or via a payment link sent after your session. If paying via the provided link, payment must be completed within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. -
For 2:1 sessions, both clients are expected to attend as scheduled. If one client cancels within the cancellation period, the remaining client may choose to continue the session at a 1:1 rate or forfeit the session. It is the responsibility of both clients to coordinate attendance.
-
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent bookings, and the full session fee will still apply. If you are significantly late, the session may be considered a cancellation.
-
By booking and attending sessions, clients consent to participate in physical activity and agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor. Clients acknowledge their responsibility to work within their own limits and to communicate any discomfort or concerns.
-
All clients are required to complete a pre-exercise screening form prior to commencing sessions. Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health status. Medical clearance may be required before participation if deemed necessary for your safety.
-
While all care is taken to provide safe and effective instruction, participation in Pilates involves inherent risks. By attending sessions, clients acknowledge and accept these risks. The studio and instructor are not liable for any injuries sustained during sessions where guidance has been followed.
