JARRAH MCARTHUR

With over nine years of experience as a Pilates instructor and three years as a clinical Exercise Physiologist, I am passionate about movement, rehabilitation, and helping my clients achieve confidence and body awareness. My background in classical ballet, includes training at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, New Zealand School of Dance and performing with the Royal New Zealand Ballet. This elite training has given me a deep understanding of the body's mechanics and the importance of postural alignment, precise movement and breathing. My approach combines evidence-based exercises and tailored programming mixed with elements of ballet and Garuda Pilates. This work supports injury recovery, chronic pain management, strength training and mobilisation. My aim is for each client to gain a greater understanding of their own body and its capabilities.
